Tommy Guerrero: A Little Bit of Somethin', on Mo Wax Tommy Guerrero is also a musician of sorts. A Little Bit of Somethin' is an unassuming low budget release full of groovy low-fi trip-hop, ambient, soundtrack-type tunes with plenty of flow. This kind of thing isn't usually my bag, but I dig the soundtrack to "High Art," and so should you. There may not be any tracks that are real attention-grabbers, but there typically aren't with this type of fare. Everything is richly layered, except when it's not. I like it. Yes, It's the same Tommy Guerrero that searched for Animal Chin. Would I have bought it had I not known that? No, but I didn't actually buy it anyway. Would I recommend it to fans of the genre or anyone who needs good make-out music? Yes, because chicks will think you're hip. Buy this if you like Tortoise. Oddly enough, according to Amazon.com, customers who bought this title also bought Quiet Riot. by kilwag
