Some sites use the same recycled story but use different pictures. Some surprises include MSNBC and Entertainment Weekly. Leave it to MTV to offer sub-par coverage. Do we really care what Blink 182 thinks about the Ramones? It's embarassing how they managed to turn Joey's death into a U2-centric piece on-air. Most mainstream sites didn't have anything until later in the day, most likely after picking up on it from other sites.
